I got to the point where I … More wasn't too thrilled with any of the options, but it was early June and I knew I needed to make a decision. I reached out to one last company, Ambrose Air, and I am so grateful that I did. Not only was their price fair, but they didn't do any of the used car salesmen nonsense all the others did.
  Ambrose Air gave me a quote over the internet and when I said yes, I would like an in-home visit, they sent someone out the next day. Chris was great. He was upfront with the prices and didn't try to oversell me anything and turns out, he was one of the installers. That is a major plus because when they came out to do the job, he already knew the house and I didn’t have to worry about anything having been lost in translation.
  Ambrose Air is efficient, fair priced and offers excellent customer service. The office staff is also very organized and responsive. They registered my products and rebates, kept me updated on the status of the inspector, and reached out to me a few days later to check in. Overall, I couldn't be happier. A+ would absolutely recommend.

  I contacted Ambrose to repair a walk-in refrigerator that had stopped cooling. Unfortunately, the unit stoped working on a Saturday evening, … More however someone was able to come out that night within an hour to examine the system and gets part ordered ASAP. They were able to come out first thing Monday morning after receiving the parts and repair the unit and get me back up and running. As a business, it was great that they could minimize my down time and appreciate the quick turn around from the initial visit and the follow up repair after receiving parts.
